Frequently asked questions
What is Unsmoked?
Unsmoked is a guided, year-long program that helps you quit smoking, vaping, or weed — for life. Instead of relying on willpower, it changes the thing that actually predicts staying free: how you see yourself. A few minutes a day, one step at a time.
Is it free?
Yes — Unsmoked is free to start, and free at launch. We may add optional paid features later, but the core program is free to use now.
What can I quit with it?
Cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis. When you sign up you tell us what you're leaving behind, and your daily content adapts to match — no nicotine talk if you're quitting weed, and so on.
How does the daily challenge work?
Each day is a short, three-step ritual: Center (a breathing and gratitude moment), Challenge (a quick interactive lesson, quiz, plan, or reflection), and Commit(affirming who you're becoming). Complete it to unlock the next day — it takes about 3–5 minutes.
Do I need willpower or nicotine patches?
No patches required. Unsmokedworks on your beliefs, not your willpower — once the desire itself fades, there's far less to resist. You can, of course, combine it with any method your doctor recommends.
What happens if I slip?
A slip is data, not a verdict. You don't lose your progress or reset to zero — you note what triggered it, get a fresh start, and keep going. The program is built around being human.
What's the spiritual / God-centered part?
Unsmokedis built on a simple perspective: your body, breath, strength, and free will are gifts from God, and quitting is a way of honoring them — and you don't carry the craving alone. The language is general and non-denominational.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your reasons, plans, and reflections are private to your account, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything from Settings any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Any time — go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. That permanently removes your data. You can also reset your progress back to Day 1 without deleting your account.
